Telecommunication Engineer

Design and install structured cabling, fibre optic, PABX and network infrastructure for offices, schools and homes across the Waikato.
Responsibilities
- Cat6 / Cat6a / fibre cabling installation and termination
- Patch panel and rack build, labelling and testing (Fluke)
- PABX / VoIP installation and basic configuration
- Liaising with electricians and clients on site
- Producing tidy as-built documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years cabling / telecommunication experience
- Familiarity with fibre splicing (preferred) and Fluke certification
- Tidy, methodical and client-friendly
- English required; Mandarin a bonus
