Who we are
This website is operated by VISETECH Limited (NZBN 9429041862209), 39 The Meadows Drive, Flagstaff, Hamilton 3210, New Zealand. Contact: visetechnz@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you submit through our enquiry or job application forms: name, phone, email, the message or job details you share, and (for applicants) your CV file and cover letter. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for basic abuse prevention.
How we use it
Enquiry data is used only to respond to your request for a quote or information. Job application data is used only to assess your application. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Where it's stored
Data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase). CV files live in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the VISETECH team.
How long we keep it
Job applications: up to 12 months from submission, then deleted. Enquiries: up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email visetechnz@gmail.com and we will respond within 20 working days.
Cookies
This website uses a single local storage entry to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
